Technical Specification Writeup Needed

I am looking for a programming technical spec to replicate the RoboHelp Program from Ehelp. This spec should outline all of the features of the application, the process of the application, the working relationships between the different features as well as screen captures of all of the dialog boxes. SHould be written in Microsoft word or any other applicable program. This spec should be written as if a programmer was to receive this, he/she should program the software directly from the spec. This write up has to be as comprehensive as possible including screencaptures, program relationship diagrams, all features. Please do not submit a bid if you are not a person who does not pay attention to close detail. That has to be written from a programming point of view. If you have any questions, please ask before submitting a bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete Technical Specification 2) All work, diagrams, graphics, relationship charting. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Technical Document.
