32173 Youtube Clone - Video Sharing

We are looking for a clone of [login to view URL] (Same Features and similar design structure) We need a powerful Backend Script to manage all the videos, search delete, etc. Auto-thumbnails creation of uploaded videos, flash player for the videos uploaded, tag categorized, just like youtube.
