My client has a monthly magazine that is published locally. All she does is sends her magazine in pdf files to the company whom prints the magazine. The magazine is for antiques in the area. promoting items, sales, fairs, etc. I need to make a website with the design a elegant antique design. Probably need to have the basic home/about us/ contact us pages. need the have the magazine up on the web. its a total of 32 pages of pdf files. I want to be able to update it myself by replacing the pdf files every month. I'm pretty web savy so I'm sure i can figure how to do it but id like it developed so its failrly simple for me to do. PM any questions. please look at my profile for the protocol i do with my projects. it can be some CMS work or not. I just need it simple enough for me to update the page once a month. 32 pdf pages. this is not a hard project i am expecting betweein 250-450. Thank you. PM me if you have any questions.

I have an associate who specializes in Web Design. I have read your profile and understand the method you prefer to work by. We will submit a suggested landingPage within 3 days of agreement on a contract. On approval of the landingPage we will design a web site with "About Us", "Contact Us", "Subscribe to the Magazine or Place and Ad in the Magazine" pages and link to "Read the Latest Issue". "About Us" and "Contact Us" pages are self-explanatory. "Subscribe to the Magazine or Place and Ad in the Magazine" will have a mailto: form for subscriptions and one for ads that collect the necessary information to either start a subscription or place an ad (your client will complete either action in her usual way - sjh) The "Read the Latest Issue" link will display the magazine in PDF format. Delivery of finished product can be 21 days after approval of contract. Should approval of the landingPage be delayed beyond day 7 of the contract the final project will be delivered within 14 days after approval of the landingPage.
