Data Entry into Excel

This is a project for data entry into excel spreadsheet. Online ecommerce site is interested in retaining a data entry person to enter product information into Excel spreadsheet. This requires: 1. Command of English Language and its grammer 2. Knowledge of Excel 3. Ability to navigate the web (as sometimes product description may have to be copied/revised from other sites) 4. Ability to save photos We are adding to our product lines. Sometime the manufacturer provides us with the proper files for products and we need to enter the info in a pre-determined format into excel. However, most often we are refered to different websites for the product info or have to come up with our own description from competitor sites or ... We shall provide the format (sample) of how the product should be entered into excel. There are only 13 columns in the spreadsheet There will be apromately 325 products with half of them having some of the information entered. I will provide a web address and pdf files to where to access the rest of the info. I will attach a spreadsheet for the information to be entered into. Also you will see in the spread sheet columns to put in images. please save each image with the sku number and the picture number next to it --eg [login to view URL], sec pic 35101-2.jpg. The pic that should be save should be the largest size possible whic is accessed by going into the main prod view and clicking on the main image--you need to access the other large pictures by clicking on the tumbnail which brings it into the main view and then bringing in the largest size(if you have any questions about this--let me know.. please see more below: ## Deliverables the pics need to be saved to 3 sizes versions. Thumbnail: with the TH_ prefix to 50x50, Extra large image with XL_ prefix: 500x500 and normal size with no prefix, 275x275. only the normal image should appear on the spreadsheet. main image--refers to the image view that appears when you view the product in the product list--that should be 275x275 and the thumbail image is the main image scaled down to 100x100 (all measurements in pixels) when you start I will ask you do do a sample input so I can see that you understand what I want.
