Convert Wordpress Blog Website Template/Theme Into 3 Seperate Sites

Coders, I have a well designed site / blog already up and running. I love the layout and design, the site incorperates a wordpress blog and also has some static pages with the same look and feel outside of the blog. I want to take the structure of this present site and simply change the colors, images and css files to create three new sites. These sites will also run off of the open source blog software wordpress. I will send the coder who takes the job the static pages, wordpress theme (blog template) as well as all css files. I however do not have the psd files (I think that is what they are called for the images - although I will need new ones anyway. The site I have now is a horror site so it will be important that the designer who takes this job is capable of creating new **images files and logos for all three new sites**. As always I am not looking for the cheapest bid, these sites will be an important part of my business and they must look top notche. I work nearly 6 days a week and will be able to work closesly with the designer who takes on this job. I do want my new sites to be a bit wider so I can incorperate a 728x90 adsense code in the header. ## Deliverables 1) complete design redo of three new domains sites 2) this will include three blog themes 3) as well as several static pages for each site 4) and css files for each sites as well ## Platform static webpages (php and html pages, wordpress blogs, css files, images and logo files
