Need long term partner skilled in PHP

We are the The Paradox Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. Our main websites are [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] We are looking for a long-term partner who can work reliably and honestly at a remote location, with contact by e-mail and instant messager. Skills required: -familiarity with PHPnuke 6.0 -good skills with mySQL and PHP in general on a linux platform -honesty *** -reliability *** -English proficency -some general idea of GUI design, etc. I'd rather not have to make exhaustive mockups of every button and panel, but I can if needed. We are looking for someone to start at $8 an hour, and we'll move you up rather quickly to $10 an hour as you prove your quality of work. We'll always keep open the possibility of a future raise. I consider myself a fair person and a decent partner to collaborate with. As long as we see quality work, reliability, and honesty, you'll find in our organization a flexible and understanding staff. You'll be working with me directly most of the time. We are looking to work with someone who is either going to college (or possibly high school) or another reliable part-time job. You will not be able to feed a big family on the work we will give you - it will probably average a little under a thousand a year, spread over time. But it will be a nice suppliment, and we are flexible with timeframes and (relatively) deadlines. Thanks for considering this. Also- it's worth mentioning that aside from this nonprofit, I do a bit of other entrepreneurial projects. I've recently built VoIP systems, video chat rooms ... all sorts of projects. Please mention if you are proficent in any other programming languages or databases - perl and postgresql is a nice plus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. ## Platform PHP mySQL Linux PHPnuke
