Price Comparison Site with User Submitted Prices

This site will basically be a copy of [login to view URL] but will compare prices of alcoholic drinks rather than fuel prices. Users will be able to filter results by location, drink brand, drink volume. The site will also be capable of displaying reports on the most expensive bars nationwide for specific drinks and the cheapest bars for specific drinks. The site will be built using PHP and MySQL to work in a typical Linux Apache MySQL PHP environment. The buyer will own all copyright related to the code. The code must be easy to read and conform to a given coding convention. Database tables are expected to be as follows: Price - PriceID (PK), DrinkID (FK), Date, Time, BarID (FK), UserID (FK), IPAddress Bar - BarID (PK), Name, Address, Town, County, Postcode Drink - DrinkID (PK), Type, Brand, Variant, VolumeID (FK) User - UserID (PK), Username, Password, Email, FirstName, LastName Volume - VolumeID (PK), VolumeLabel ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be ready to be installed by the Buyer in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
