School Directory With Search Facility

I want develop a school directory with a search facility to be developed in ASP.NET/mysql The Directory will have 1. Account Creation where school information will be entered with username and password. Username will be school Name, password will be autogenerated. 2. Account Login where schools can login to their account with their username and password to edit their information, upload/replace or delete pictures etc. Form this place they can view registration and expiry date information but will not be able to edit it. 3. Schools will be able to post news items on their own from their profile page and the news title will be displayed on the home page of the site so that you can click and read. 4. Password Recovery function. ADMIN PANEL 5. Admin panel where admin can create, edit, update, delete, renew or suspend any account from the admin panel, send mail to all the accounts etc...do all admin things. 6 He can sort to see expiring accounts by month. 7. He can generate new password if need be. 8 He can send 3 week expiration notice to the mail box of all accounts in the database. 9. He can post news items to the site. After an account has expired, the Record of that account is automatically locked so that when the owner wants to login, it will display an account expired [login to view URL] school information will not be displayed as part of a search [login to view URL] even though the record is locked, it will be editable only from the Admin Panel in case of renewal.
