Adobe Air Project with registration website

We are looking for a Flash Air Application with links to a dedicated website. This project has two part, an application that is downloaded and then sits on the user’s computer (Mac / PC - Flash Air App) and a website to record client feedback Website: The user can login to download the installer for the application and other functionality – further information and a wireframes example will be supplied once an NDA has been signed Main Application An application (Flash Air) that installs on the user’s computer (PC/Mac) it has the functionality to select the modules to download and then play them, within each module there needs to be the ability to swap the languages. This will be database driven so that each page the background and textual content is specified and styled in css, change, there will need to be an ability to advise when new languages become available. (highlight if there is a newer version to download) At the end of the module, there would be the option to take a quiz, the results of this quiz would then be submitted (ideally through the flash app) to the main website where the results are recorded. More information can be forwarded once an NDA has been signed.
