Extreme Sport pressbook website

The project is about an extreme sport website which is made like a press book With News, pictures gallery, video gallery, schedule,Bio, riders profile, and product catalogue but without any cart or payment script you will find attached a requierements document: This website is like an online pressbook for an extreme sport team. They would like a website like this one [login to view URL] It will work the same way. 1. Homepage: On the home page you have: The last 3 news posted: For each news, you have displayed: Title Date Picture Short description View more button On the right part you have a video player: the video played here will be send in home page threw admin (chosen in the list of videos already on the server) About the top banner: the top banner is flash element that we are getting from the last version. So you need to take care that the banner is calling the good page name. 2. Bio Page Here is a page to describe the freestyle team : how it has been created. Here I think the best is to put a text editor in the admin for editing this page. With possibility to upload some pictures. For the picture upload here, may be the best is not to use the editor, but to add 3 upload picture field with automatic thumbnail creation, with possibility to enlarge in front end 3. Riders On the right side: You have the rider listing. There is 3 category of rider, but in admin we must the possibility to add a category (add/edit/remove) For each category created you need to upload the title as a picture since the font is not common. Then under each category you must be able to add/edit/remove riders. For each rider here the info you can set up: Portrait picture Name Firstname Date of birth Size Best trick Other sports Sponsors Music And a text field name: what does black liner means to you. Under each portrait picture you have a link “photo” I think the best here is to make appear a slide show when you click on it. This mean that you need to upload the rider action pictures gallery for each rider you create. 4. Medias: Here is the medias homepage: When you arrive here you have On left: the list of the pictures gallery with the year selector For each photos gallry you have the following infos: Gallery title Gallery thumb Numbers of pics in the gallery Under you have a navigator (<< 1234>>) On the right you have the same thing for video: list of videos with a year semector For eah video you have those infos Video title Video thumb Play video button And navigator under too If you choose to see a photo gallery: You arrive on this page. On the left you will have the list of galleries with year selector And on right you will the thumbnail of the pics contain in the gallery (with the navigator <<1234>>) When you click on a thumb, a sled show appear to show you the pictures like on [login to view URL] If you click on a video link you arrive on this page: On t he right you will find the video list with the year selector. On left, you will have the player, with the name of the video rolling under the player. 5. Event On the left side you have: A calendar: the day with an event on it are marked with red. When you click on a day with an event recorded It will display it just under the calendar For entering an event you need to set up those infos Date: Title Picture: Description On the right side: you have a text called structure and a picture (this text is for explaining how will happen the show) This text and this picture must be updatable from admin with a text editor and a picture upload Under the picture there is a link “en savoir plus” which means “learn more”. When the user click on this link, he will have possibility to download a pdf or a word document. This mean that from admin we must be able to attach a document to this link. (a file upload field) 6. Products This part is like a catalogue (but without any payment system and any cart) So here we must be able to create/edit/remove products categories And in every categories we must be able to add products Here is the template of the product detail Page: For each product you have to set up the size (may be we can make a selector instead of what I design) with possibility to edit/delete size from admin Then the price You can see there is a “commander” button = order button When you click on this button it will make appear an order cupon that the user can print, fill in and then send with a cheque. Here is the template of the cupon: 7. Links: Here is classical link Page. On the left you have link to sponsors This mean that from admin you must be able to Add/edit/remove link And for each link you need to upload the logo (jpg, gif, png) And to attach a url to this logo Then on the right side you have classical link: Here you can create link categories (FMX, Medias, Musique) And in each categories you can add/edit/remove a link For each link you can set up Link title (appearing in front end) And url attach to this title. 8. Contact Page/ On this contact page: On left you have the form With those field Name First name Email Subject Message And there will be captcha for security On the right, the flv player is same than in home page (playing the video chosen by admin to be in homepage).
