LQQK- New Website - PHP - FLASH - MYSQL

Hello - fellow coders - I am looking to have my new website designed and created - will be a touch of flash (little bit), php|html, and mysql - Will be a member driven website that includes free membership and pay membership - So please read the expectations below - ## Deliverables Please see included zip file...this is the site I want to replicate - but make it look better and have more function for members. Please acknowledge you know what I am looking for and how you intend to make my site better. I will have the logo produced (unless you can do them - let me know). The database work is essential as this is what drives the site. It also must be secure. You will have full access to the site for adds moves and changes. Once you acknowledge that you understand what it is I am trying to do you need to tell me how you will accomplish this - please do not blow smoke, I know your the best at what you do, blah, blah, blah - tell me your action plan for getting this site built and published ~ tell me how you will build it and what you will use and please give some suggestions as this will be a pay site and I will also be trying to do some PPC! - I will then submit to those chosen coders the map of the information so that they can properly bid the project - so I hope your skills are sharp. Apparently only one bidder read the entire message. So I am posting this again - please read!!!!! In order to bid you must give me more detail than showing me someone elses work/templates. SO again: Will need a membership database allowing people to register and create leagues (more detail will be included to good bidder)and then emailing people in their league about upcoming games Also will be a pay site and give more features to paying members _
