Hi, We are looking for someone who is affordable that would like to work on a per project basis. Basically, when we have something that suits your skills we will send you the details and you give us a bid and a timeframe. These are the traits that we are looking for in order of importance: Affordable (low bids) Reliable (Sticks to suggested deadlines if any) Good Communication (Updates us on progress, easy to get ahold of via email and IM) Fast but good worker Long term partnership for projects You don't need to be an English Professor, but we would like you to be able to understand details (sometimes complex) given in English. Some skills that we are looking for are below. You do not need all of them. Any will do. If you have any other skills that may benefit us be sure to list them as well: XHTML & CSS Website Design Photoshop Website Design (Just the PSD) Flash Website Design Flash Graphic Design (website header, navigation, banner, etc.) PHP MySQL Wordpress Magento In order to judge your bids and the time it will take you please give us an estimate on each of the below (i.e. $20 - 1 day). If some of the items are things that you don't do, then you can leave them blank: Design a website in HTML & CSS (1 page, homepage, only) Design a full website (all pages) in HTML & CSS Design a website (1 page, homepage, only) in Photoshop (Just a PSD of homepage design) Convert a PSD Design into HTML & CSS design (just the homepage) Convert a PSD into a working Wordpress site Convert HTML & CSS into a working Wordpress site Convert a PSD into a Magento design Create a header in Flash Create a header and navigation menu in Flash Create a full Flash Website Create a basic PHP members area Along with your sample bid and timeframe for each of the above, please send us your complete portfolio (especially anything relevant to any of the above) to ryanlevin247@yahoo.com. As my company grows, we will give you the opportunity for making higher bids by letting you know that you can bid more in the future.
