Draftexpress website template/css makeover

[login to view URL], the authoritative NBA Draft website in the industry, is looking for a new graphic/css makeover. The primary goal is to create something very sleek, clean and professional looking. We need a new template for the main site and a matching one for our vbulletin forum. We also will need to see some sample work first of course. While we have a good idea what we are looking for, we are open to the imagination of the artist/designer to help steer us through this project and result in ultimate satisfaction for both parties. As such we are open to changes in the below guidelines where it makes sense. -All work must be 100% original and is not to be used anywhere else at a later point. -We'd like our graphic files and classes named to fit the key words for SEO. (mock draft nba draft fiba basketball hoops scouting ncaa) Top portion (banner portion) of template: 1) horizontal menu across the top (which we'll be doing drop downs from to replace what is currently the side menu to free up front page space) 2) A primary Banner/logo (we'd like it to either be able to be shrunk down to business card size and still look good, or have another logo made just for that purpose). 3) localized menu where we install menu options based on the page being visited on 4) A login section (inside primary banner or in a horizontal line below it) (Login, password submit button, check box for remember me, and a link to register or lost passwords) Main portion of Template: We want to be able to place modularized items onto the main section. We'll likely have a left area, center area, and right area. The left and right areas we want to keep thin (150 pixels or so). We want the ability to add multiple modules stacked in each area with each section having some type of enclosing border or style around it. We'll need classes for the following types of data: 1) A list of longer text links. (with title above them) 2) A menu (button oriented) (with menu title above it) 3) Tablized Data (both in a small section and in a bigger section or included as part of an article) we'd like slight offsets on the row colors for easier visual tracking of rows. 4) In line article with photo / teaser text 5) Form elements and buttons that match the template for login/register type forms 6) We need something to be able to work with tabbed data. 7) We need a nice look for our bracket express page (which can use the above elements if they work or could be something new) Footer: We'll need some kind of footer bar to put copyright info, contact us, and other menu type links Some links to different examples of what we currently have.
