Convert PSD to Wordpress Theme

Hello, I have a PSD, 2 or 3 pages for a personal blog website. I need some one pro with wordpress to convert the PSD design into wordpress theme. The theme need to have options on the backend to edit colors, fonts and some options. Work need to be responsive, using HTML5, CSS3 for some parts. Coding must be very clean and valid with W3C. Also the final theme need to be accepted with theme check [login to view URL] I will help you and guide you on some steps. If we made a good work, we will have more work.
