Create custom wordpress template based on PSD and migrate / upload all old content

We are looking for a top notch web development team with proven records of successful Wordpress related projects. All exact project details and access information will be provided to the selected team but here is an overview of all tasks needed: 1- Install latest Wordpress and setup with Yoast SEO plugin and recommend any additional modules designed to improve performance and SEO. 2- Convert provided custom PSD into Wordpress template / theme and make sure everything (colors, font type, font size...) is consistent on all pages. 3- Ensure that ALL current indexed pages with Google gets redirected to the correct new location. We cannot jeopardize our current ranking and we have to make sure redirection is planned and executed correctly. We will use Google Webmaster Tools and expect not to see an increase in “Page Not Found 404” or “Server Error 503”. 4- Migrate all data from existing Wordpress site. 5- Upload some new images and link some new videos. 6- Install and setup 4 additional Wordpress installations to be used as basic blogs.
