Im looking for someone to build me a website that looks excatly like ilpvideo.com & worldstarhiphop.com

I like quality work only, if you cannot design the same quality work i'm looking for. please don't message. The quality level of work im looking for is ilpvideo & worldstarhiphop.com. My website will have a simlar design but my header will be different. On the individual video pages i would like disqus comment section below the video i would also like a soical network like buttons below the video. on the side of the comment section i would like a Facebook recommendations tab. and above the video the home page header.
