Modify a wordpress site

Hello, I have an existing website, and I'd like to it look smoother. These are the following changes that I'd like to have done: - Create a separate CSS class for the front page (the click through page). Make the text area transparent and remove the lines around the text area on the front page. - Make the text area on the main part of the website translucent, so you can see the background (approx. 70%). - Make the borders have a radius of approx. 12px. (my screen is 1024) - Make the navigation menu centered, and have a radius of 4px around each menu item. - Remove the header above the menu (menu should be at the top of the page) - pre-load website so it takes less time to load / remove unnecessary things so the site takes less time to load - transition slide each page on the main site (can use html 5 transitions) - fonts: I have some fonts loaded to the main site, but they don't show up on all browsers. Make them show up on all browsers. - remove the date in the main menu If you have any other suggestions after you win the project / complete these Items, I'll be up for hearing them in a separate project.
