Joomla Custom Component

The first part of it is this. 1. In the main menu of my site which is accessed by all users, i want to have a gallery of Songs simply with Name of song, Artist, Hits, Ranking as the stats and what not. Should be able to be sorted in different ways like alphabetical, top ranked, most viewed, recently added. When User clicks a song, small flash player plays the song i am currently using IPIX flash player which is great. A normal user who is not registered should be able listen and stream songs, i dont need any custom flash player just something that looks nice and is out already. B the most important is ADD 2 PLAYLIST a. You must login and be a member to add song to playlist 2. PLAY LISTS when a user logs in, in the USER MENU an area comes up for playlists, and here they create different playlists for which to add songs into. The songs that are added here are any of the songs of which me as the admin has uploaded into the site, and they add them from the main SONGS area that was discusses above.
