492783 Stock Screener & Finance Data Scraper / Crawler

Requirements • Database of 3,727 securities listed in OTCQB ([login to view URL]) • For each of the 3,727 securities: o Automatic daily update of information including (scrape data via Google Finance or wherever):  Price (open, high, low, close)  Volume  Be able to chart the above information, and update the charts when information is updated o Automatically calculate percentage changes of price and volume over:  1 day  1 week  2 weeks  1 month  3 months  6 months  1 year/52 weeks • Graphical User Interface (GUI) that reflects the data from the most up-to-date database o Similar concept to Google stock screener, but for the 3,727 securities in OTCQB ([login to view URL]) o Need to show distribution of the criteria like Google stock screener, with a slider o The criteria will include price and volume information (both nominal and percentage change)  For example: Price $ ____ to $ ____ Past Day Price Change ____ % to ____ % Past Week Price Change ____ % to ____ % Past 2 Weeks Price Change ____ % to ____ % ….. Volume ____ to ____ Past Day Volume Change ____ % to ____ % Past Week Volume Change ____ % to ____ % Past 2 Weeks Volume Change ____ % to ____ % • Based on the selected criteria, the GUI will return a list of securities that meet the criteria, like in Google stock screener o For each of the security returned in the results, have links/buttons next to them, and when the links/buttons are clicked historical charts will be shown for that criteria o Hyperlink the company name and symbol to Google Finance page of that stock (like in Google stock screener) o Be able to sort the list of stocks returned in the results by clicking on the hyperlinked criteria label (like in Google stock screener) o Have an export button next to each security so that when clicked, an excel spreadsheet of historical price and volume data (from the database) and updated charts for that stock will be generated • Need to have clearly formatted and commented source code so I can easily manipulate or add the following things as needed: o New stocks to track & screen o New criteria o New GUI display elements
