create RSS feed Script with CSS page

I have a customer that has a new website design that he wants edited to included an RSS feed from his blog site. see sample in zip file (marked with the black marker!) of how he wants the feed to display. The requirements are as follows: 1. The feed will not display the blog Title, but this title: “Real Estate News & Info?? 2. There will only be three blog entries, each will display an image similar to the sample image below (the image will be part of a css style sheet) the entry title that will have a hyperlink to the blog entry and 18-19 words, with an leading “…?? followed by the words: “read more?? that will have a hyperlink to the blog entry. (see sample in zip file) 3. This feed code will be written as an external code, (as an ,js file) and will include a style sheet css file. 4. The 3 images that are part of the feed need not change, and will be written into the css style sheet as long as the images are similar to the sample image in the zip file! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, apache, html, xml, rss, and javascript
