Hide section of Source Code From Appearing in Inspect Element & Other Browser Addons

I have a section on the website that I do not wish to display when people use inspect element or other forms of source-code viewer. I know this can be quite hard or tricky but if you know a way in which we can hide it or at least put it in a hard to find directory whereby the server calls it and it is not easily viewable from inspect element of chrome, and other source code add-ons etc...
