Need a flah website with ordering system for B2B products

We are in a process re-branding our business. We have a website, but it’s not user friendly nor impressive. We need a whole new face for our business. Here are the requirements for the new website: * Flash home page (very cool effect) * Flash portfolio banners on selected pages * On site quote system and sample request system * Member account and login system * Self-help ordering system for B2B clients * Payment system connected to Paypal * On site life chat system * Content management system with editing application so that we can add unlimited pages, portfolios, product categories… * Auto email sender for ordering, shipment tracking, quote requests and sample requests * Two language version: English & Chinese (capable for developing other language later.) * Fully SEO and CSS site * Keyword and description tags management system so that we can update keywords regularly by ourselves * Very user friendly * Works with most mobile devices * Hosted by our hosting company * Connected to Google analytics * Manual guide for how to use the system You will be selected only if you: 1) Provide your previous works that are close to our requirements. (Functionality is more important in this case since we will provide the main layout design.) 2) Propose a easy-to-use system for us to manage and update the clients’ account info (products, prices, discounts…) and for the clients to place orders and pay. 3) Advise a effective workflow if later on we need you to create massive websites and web systems in Chinese for our clients.
