Need to update web page music track listings depending on which album is clicked? Using Processwire as the CMS

I am a web designer who's skill set is pretty much advanced HTML / CSS. I have very, very little experience or not enough knowledge to build from scratch with server/client-side technologies (PHP, Javascript, etc). I am building a music website using Processwire as the CMS. I have run into a snag. Here's what I need: I have different albums on an artist page. On that artist page is a section for the track listings showing for whichever album is clicked. What I want to do seems simple: - Update the track listings depending on which album is clicked. - Have the new tracks come in / appear smoothly (animated). I think this is called easing or something? - I don't want to reload / refresh the page. Will need just the tracks to update / change depending on which album is clicked. My programming sucks really bad. Even though I would normally be very willing, I don't have very much time to learn / research how to do this as I only have a few days left for this project and still have many more things to setup. I am asking for someone to create and send me the code along with explanations to accomplish this. I will need everything since apparently my skill set isn't there. I will also need detailed directions. I already have the majority of the site built and again, I am using Processwire as the CMS so I will need to pull the album information from that.
