106019 OSCommerce Custom Template

This is our second attempt posting this project on Scriptlance. Please only bid on this project if you are a dependable and experienced programmer. We recently had the following website built [login to view URL] but the programming was not completed in a proper format and it is not optimized for the web. What we are looking for is to rebuild the [login to view URL] website and online store in a CSS custom template format. The programmer must use comments throughout their code so other programmers can follow what coding has been done. We are pleased with the present layout of the existing [login to view URL] website and wish to have the new temple built in a similar fashion. You must have some experience or talent in designing since we need three rotating headers designed for the new site along with five banners for our affiliate program. The modules required are already integrated into the existing website which includes Canada Post our shipping account, Moneris our merchant account, and JRox our affiliate program software. These same modules are to be integrated into the new website. A zoom script is required in our shopping cart. An example of the zoom script required can be viewed at the [login to view URL] website shopping cart. Please visit the website to check out how their zoom script works as this is how we expect the same functionalities. A newsletter feature is required along with the search box feature on the website. The newsletter feature should operate in the same fashion as shown on [login to view URL] all data needed to redesign the website is provided on our existing website which includes text, images, oscommerce, affiliates, Canada Post and our Merchant Account. We do reserve the right to revise the images and text until we are totally satisfied with the design and functionality of the new site. The currency feature currently offered in our existing website's shopping cart is to be included. It is a must to assure the new website is optimized for the web. It is also imperative that programmer is in constant communication with us through MSN or Yahoo Messenger. All work is to be completed on our server. Once all work has been completed and is working properly on our server payment will be made to the successful bidder via Paypal. All bidders must provide three of their best OSCommerce works as a reference for the job through the pmb. If this is a good relationship, there will be much more work as we will be expanding the site dramatically and have other projects.
