php web application(WAP) for tablets

i want to make a simple web application (5 or 6 simple pages) that connect (retrieve and insert) to sql server database 2000, already i have the design in (html) format and the database tables and want a Professional php programmer to code it with php and javascript. Important note: the application will be run on the (Webview) browser in android tablet, so the programmer should know how to run it on the webview anfroid browser, thanx.
