Project Management Web App

See attached document and below for explanation. Please include at least 2-3 links to web apps or database sites you have built or refer to projects you have done on GAF. We want to build an online project management application that allows companies to track project progress. We will give you the psd files and you will need to build the html, do the programming and set it up on the server. Some of the features would be: 1) A company can set up an account and invite employees or others to use their account. Users can upload a picture to their profile. There could be many companies/users with different accounts. An account number needs to be created for each company that signs up it. 2) There would be limits on what each company could do, for example 10 projects and 5GB space or 20 projects and 10GB space or 50 projects and 25 GB space 3) Features would include: a) start/end dates for projects, tasks and sub tasks b) ability to post messages and files within a project c) ability to save a template of a project for future use (limit to 50 or so templates) d) graphic tracking of project progress. A green dot means a task is done, a red dot means a task is late and a blue dot means a task has not been done yet. Projects will also be tracked as percentage complete... for example 75% complete. e) Each user will have a to do list that is separate from projects and can assign to do item to other users. f) admin users access and standard user access. An admin user could invite others and see/do other things a standard user could not do. g) There would be a system admin page for me to see accounts, etc... of companies using it. h) This will be a paid service, so would be connected to 3rd party payment processor ([login to view URL] By Web). For example, someone could use it for 30 days free, then $10 a month for 10 projects and 10 users. i) Needs to be secure. This will be part of the server set up. There will be some drag and drop functionality. Not on every page, but on the project page and to reorder tasks. Would like your recommendation on best code: php, python, javascript, ruby on rails, etc. Also, what is best server set up (MySQL, Apache, Amazon Web Services, Cloud Storage, etc...) PAYMENT: 25% to start, 50% when it is finished and on our server, 25% after all QA and bugs are resolved if there are any bugs. Please give a realistic time frame.
