468504 Upgrade Three Old (and complex) Joomla Sites

Need to upgrade three old Joomla sites to latest version of Joomla and to latest version of all components and plug-ins. In some cases, new substitutes may have to be found. It's OK to run in Legacy mode if you must-- but better to specify in your bid whether your bid includes migrating the template so the template no longer requires legacy mode. I'd prefer to include this. Note that in some cases you may have to re-apply (well-commented) hacks that were made to the components and modules, or re-write the hacks so they work the same with the new components. Need all functionality and content preserved. Site #2: Arizal dot org Joomla 1.0.15 Template includes code to show different module positions to logged-in and non-logged-in users. You may rewrite template to keep doing it this way, or can do this with other modules/plug-ins in 1.5, but the pages need to behave the same when you're done.
