Automate Manual Web Process

Hi, All work must be done in PHP. I need to know if any special configuration or version requirements for any of the products that will constrain your deliverables. At my website, a new customer will sign up to use my pre-configured portal. He gives me his personal information, plus a userid, password and "subdomain name". Currently, I get an email that notifies me he has joined. Then, I do this: 1) Log into my Web Host Manager to create a new account 2) Log into the new account's CPanel to: a) create a database b) create a database user and password c) create a cron job d) create an email address e) Launch PHPAdmin to run table creation and data load scripts I would like to automate this, so that I don't have to monitor emails. I have a couple of ideas about how to do it, but I am open to suggestions. My ideas: 1) my website runs a series of "pop-under" web pages that does the job or 2) I have a system at home that gets an email triggering a series of web pages that does the job I have done the WHM/CPanel job. I need it done for Plesk. I have no experience with Plesk. When bidding, please let me know if you have access to Plesk for development purposes. ## Deliverables 1) A recommendation for how to approach the task using Plesk equivalents of my WHM and CPanel 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done: a) Web page form that takes required entries and launches web pages for purposes of demonstrating solution. b) Web page that automates new account creation c) Web page that automates database creation d) Web page that automates user and password creation e) Web page that automates cron job entry f) Web page(s) that automates email user and forwarding creation g) Web page that runs table creation script h) Web page that loads data These pages can be consolidated as long as they remain functional. 3) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request, if package installation is required by the solution. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Signup website: PHP 4.1.2 Account Website: Red Hat Linux 7.3 psa v2.5.0_build020301.14 PHP 4.2.2 Home: Windows NT PHP 4.x ## Deadline information This project can be done in phases, eg, tackle account creation first, database second, etc. Follow on work will include creation of "evaluate success" pages so that I can be alerted to screwups that occur because of failed connections, etc. Your code must be richly commented and well described.
