Software to Automate Data Retrieval from a few different Websites(repost)

Please, only bid if you know you can finish this project. I will only award this and any future projects if you demonstrate you understand what this project requires and you are confident you can do it without price escalations. I will not entertain any price escalations. High-level scope: Make a software/script that retrieves data from County Websites (public) and a few other websites, and places all the data in one or more Excel files. A sample output file format is attached to the description. ## Deliverables I will pay up to $30 for this work (not including any bonus), and I'd like to have the project done as soon as possible. This is not a week-long project. I will not entertain any price escalations. Please, only bid if you can demonstrate to me that you understand what to do and how to do this. Details of which sites to retrieve data from and in what order: 1) The software would let me choose or enter a date range. With a simple push of a button it should: a) Go to Arlington County records at: [login to view URL] Search Wills by Date Recorded, only look at info for search results that contain RPC #s.
