Mobile Commerce Website - Two Languages

Development of a pilot mobile commerce site with basic functionality: 1. Must work on both Android and iOS 2. Basic ecommerce functionality: product selection, shopping cart, shipping address entry and payment. 3. Basic order management functionality (we already manage an eCommerce site that runs under osCommerce. Order management could be handled directly under osCommerce if that makes the project simpler) 4. Out of the box look & feel and functionality would be fine if developer chooses to install a canned solution. 5. Site must work in Spanish and English. 6.
