Artwork approval/proofing system

I currently have a php/mysql/jquery system for processing orders. Each order has artwork associated with it and I need to have someone develop an artwork proofing/approval system that I can integrate in my system. I call this "the artwork system". The process for completing artwork is as follows: 1. A customer uploads (to the artwork system) the graphics that they want to use. This is typically a logo and some text. 2. The customer may add some messages about the artwork (regarding colours or sizes or anything at all). 3. Our designer logs in and downloads the graphics so he can work on it on his own computer. 4. Once finished, the designer will output a jpg file. 5. The jpg file needs to be uploaded to the artwork system so that the customer can see it and approve it. The customer may require changes, so once again needs to be able to add messages for the designer. 6. Once the client is happy with the artwork, there needs to be a button to click that indicates approval. I will to hook this up to my existing order table to update the order, so we know it's complete. Notes about the artwork system: A. Customers are generally not very computer literate, so it needs to be super-easy for them to upload artwork. Drag-and-drop along the lines of Also, it needs to be possible to upload a Word document with pictures in it, or a PDF file. The most important thing with customer-uploaded files is that our designer can download it so they can work on it. B. Customers always have an email address and an order number. These can be used to log in to the system. The order number is in the following format: AANNNN where A is alpha and N is digits. The number of digits can vary, but the order number always starts with 2 letters. C. Designers logins need to be kept and managed in a separate table in the database. Password resets must be possible in case a password is forgotten. D. The system does not need to be https. E. It needs to be done using PHP and Mysql. If you use any javascript framework, it must be jquery. F. If you can set it up on your server, we can see it working before we pay and install it to our server. G. There is no bleed involved in the artwork, so it's very straight forward. H. I'm not too concerned about old browsers. IE6 support is not required.
