Simple Client Management System needs some fix and minor tweaks

This is an already working Simple existing web-based client management system (client project, billing and support ). It has 2 login-ends which are Staff-end and Client-end. The system is based on Java, Php, Mysql, Css and Html. Details and requirements are available in the attached zip.- The attached zip contains images and a document for clear and easy understanding. The system is hosted already for our convenience and the credentials can be found in the document. Please view and understand the document before bidding so you can bid appropriately. Upon confirmation and award of project i will provide you ftp and mysql access. Note that if you have pass your project deadline then my reply may become slower, as i am a project manager and new projects are given to me already which makes me busy with another project.
