Programming Automatic Chatbox Posting Software

The software I need is the automatic chatbox insertion. Have you visit any website or blog with the chatbox on the side bar? Whenever I do blog walking I always post there to mark that I've visit the site and the owner of the site or whoever on the chatbox can click on my link and visit my web. If I do manually I can only post a few, so I want a software that can do this automatically. I have prepare the illustration of the software interface in the attachment.
