Redirect live ebay xml feeds using phpbb

hi i need someone that redirect a live ebay xml feed to a new page where a affiliate link will be added and send to there original ebay landing page. The xml feed will need to run in phpbb, i got a beta mod version for this that should work, atm im installing that , with a cron job so it will update itself. So what im actually looking for is someone that can turn redirect dynamic ebay xml feeds to a new page , and then redirect them to ebay landing page. Not sure what im looking for but i guess its maybe some javascript that could do it or maybe something else.
