Communication and Status Reports
Communication is extremely important to us. Daily communication and status reports are expected between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. Acceptable forms of communication include: email, instant messenger, and phone. Instant messenger is preferred (MSN Messenger).
Daily status reports must include the full source code for the project. This includes all project, make, or any other files required to build the job.
Weekly updates will need to be submitted. With these, all files needed to run the job should be included as well as detailed instructions on running the job. Any prerequisites should be clearly stated. Some examples are IIS Virtual Directories, registered DLLs, SQL scripts, and batch files.
Testing and Revisions
Please expect revisions. By agreeing to this bid request you are agreeing to complete the job to our satisfaction. We are not your testers. If your application uses MDAC, DAO, BDE, DCOM, DirectX, Jet, VB or MFC Runtimes, ATL, FoxPro, MSDE/SQL Server, WSIE, or any other external component, be sure to let us know. We do not want to find this out during deployment
Payment
All funds will be released upon successful completion of the project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
