Drupal/PHP master needed

We have a seasonal PHP website that was just incorporated into a Drupal CMS. The PHP version was doone with smarty templates and worked well but needed a more stable platform to last for the next several years. The PHP site s still up and running so as to demonstrate the features that need to be incorporated into the Drupal site. We have a need for someone to take it to the next level fast and to manage the site and help incorporate some new features into the system. The site will be used until Christmas and then allowed to rest until next Christmas. There are a lot of loose ends that need attending to and I have started posting the things that need to be done in the developers forum on the site. The site is a non-profit that helps answer letters that needy children write to Santa Claus. I can pay for services but am on a limited budget as my family funds this project as our Christmas present to ourselves. If you are interested please let me know.
