Project Manager and Programmer Needed

This position is for long term employment as we are in need of someone to fill this position quickly. Here are the requirements: 1. Speak English Fluently: This is the top priority as you will be interacting directly with our US clients so if you have a heavy accent on the phone then we will not be able to utilize you. 2. US Business Hours: It is critically important that you are available during normal US business hours. Our clients are US based so you need to be available to discuss project with them. 3. Programming: You must be able to provide custom PHP programming on our projects. We currently have a CMS with many modules (News, Blog, Events, Staff and more) that are already built in so you will simply need to cut up the PSD file and integrate it into the CMS. However, occasionally clients will need custom modules built and you will need to be able to work with our CMS. 4. Management: Our goal is to begin redirecting our email and phone calls to a central Manager. We get around 10 - 15 emails a day from various potential clients needing quotes, additional work on their existing websites, issues with their websites that need to be directed to the previous programmer or various other issues that arise. So you will need to be available to answer these emails and find solutions. You will also be responsible for overseeing our current projects and ensuring that they are getting done but we have a great team of existing programmers who work well so there should be very little interaction here needed. Payment Terms We have alloted $500 per month to help cover the time needed for this position. However, for programming we are willing to pay an extra per project fee according to the amount of work needed. For example: Standard CMS: The client chooses our basic CMS with our News, Events and Blog module. Total time to integrate the PSD should take around 5 - 10 hours so we would pay $180. Custom Programming: Depending on the complexity of the project, we would ask for you to give us a quote on how much time it would take for you to develop the new module. We are willing to pay up to $18 per hour for quality work that will integrate with our CMS. Conclusion Understand that there will be days that you will not have three hours worth of email and phone calls to make so your per hour will definitely go up. It's not a lot to begin with but as we stated we are looking for someone that is interested in a long term relationship and we are offering at least a $500 per month guaranteed income to start.
