Coding schema has to be in 3 layers: **Presentation Layer, Business Layer and Data Access Layer.** ## Deliverables ****Presentation layer is what i care not to be mixed with any business logic code because this layer will be handled by somebody else who should not have access to source code.** About the project: ** The project is a real-estate classified ads website which will have registered members. The web site will allow users to view real-estate offers and real-estate agents list. Offers/Agents are viewed in basic data grid view. Website will have very basic search option. Members will have to register to post offers/agents. Every user will have its own profile page which reveals all the offers he/she posted. Also, user can edit his threads, delete, etc. Users will be able to contact each other via basic private messaging. No public replies or discussions. This is basically a free membership website, i will have banner spots for ads, some banners will be changed based on chosen city. For user to view offers, he/she has to choose a city so offers of that specific city show up, in this case banner will have an ad related to chosen city (no intelligence added to it, no rotators). In short, ad banner for every city. There will be various membership types: Free, Silver and Gold. Silver and Gold membership will have some features added to their profile. For example, Free members will be able to keep 500 private message max. Silver member can keep up to 1000 private messages. Also, gold member will have basic chatting feature in his profile so he can chat with other members. Admin will have his own panel to handle ads, review reported posts and suspend users.
