Ruby on Rails Script modification + installation

I need a theme modification and the installation for a Ruby on Rails script, that is based on Facebook connected social community platform. The modification is in graphic according to my psds and in functionality: I want all users/members to be able to sign up for a subdomain with profilpage or register a new domain with my provider who gives the installation instructions for customer sign up and billing via the API as Domainreseller.
