Digital Downloads OSCommerce with CCBill Module

I'm looking to get something similar to the features of DLGuard but using OSCommerce since developer doesn't support CCBill at this time. I want two sections of the OSCommerce shop - 1. Digital Downloads (movies) - no shipping just applicable taxes 2. Physical goods - shipping (flat rate) determined by me Digital goods must only be purchased using CCBill module Physical goods must be purchaseable using PayPal **Because PayPal cannot be used on adult site, the two sections must not mix with each other. They must look separate at all times. Note Digital goods cannot be purchased or put with or in the same shopping cart as physical goods. Digital Download must give admin option to set expiration for link to download. Download must be encrypted link to actual file. Never displayed actual location of file to user ONLY encrypted link set to expire at set date/time (maybe 18hrs). Must be able to track if download was completed or if error. Must verify with CC processor during using CCBill verification system if payment was accepted BEFORE providing download link (email with download link is good too!) Link login to shopping cart with CCBill user database. ALSO Setup database on my website to retrieve username and passwords encrypted using CCBill documentation.
