Shopping Cart for Small Host

We run a small webhosting business and we need a shopping cart that we can install for our clients quickly and easily. In addition, when our clients log in to their control panel, we want a customized look n feel, versus the standard "oscommerce" or "zen cart" branding. our requirements for our shopping cart are: - Similar or better features listed on : [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] -1) All Admin page titles (including admin login) to be changed from the default "osCommerce or creloaded or x-cart" to "OurCompanyName" 2) All Admin header which default is some "ChainreactionWeb" to "OurCompany" header 3) All Admin footer which default is some "Kerry waytson + Banner + Supercharged by Text" to changed to "our company footer" 4) All Admin text boxes/Goggle ads on "OsCommerce' and "Creloaded" to be removed 5) Admin must be able to edit the "header, footer, colour of background, text boxes, width of page" and look and feel of website thru GUI editor. 6) Provide Additional Templates for use On the "catalog" pages: 7) Remove all text and images on "OsCommerce' and "CReloaded", replace with OurCompany" information 8) Customize the text information on the default page 9) Customize the links information on the default page -We currently have dedicated Server running on WHM + Cpanel +Fantastico. -We need a shopping cart that we can quickly install for our clients in our server. - What that means is that if a client needs our shopping cart, we can just create a new account, install Oscommerce using fantastico, upload some add-on scripts OR replace some files and we have our own customized shopping cart! - Our designer must be able to customize the header, footer, set the width of page, etc, using preferable a GUI, instead of going into the php codes/css editor. * We are Gold Member, please check our feedback rating.
