zen-cart or oscommerce installation

i will open a online store,for toy selling. i am thinking to use, zen-cart but it can be oscommerce too. 1- install zen-cart or oscommerce. 2- install Turkish language package (very important) 3- install a skin ,toys theme.(you will find around free templates) 4- the cart will have a direct checkout module. 5- you will arrange all the emails,configurations,the meta tags,keywords. 6- some minor changes will be applied to the template,some pictures can be [login to view URL] to site name. please give your [login to view URL] the shopping sites you made. i wil choose the lowest bidder. the maximum budget is 50 usd.
