A simple order management system for our resellers/partners ** ## Deliverables **Resellers Section** -Can login -See dashboard with their data(to define) -Add end users (end users are the contact that at the end are using our products), we sell software so the sell our software to end users -Place an orders selecting products, end user and if it is auto renew or manual (this means that if the service they bought is for 3 moths automatically will create a new order status in process after 3 months and reseller then admin need to approve). -Once an order is placed all admin users receive an email informing a new order has been placed and the order status is in process. -Resellers receive an email saying that orders has received and been in process -Admin approve the order, edit for changes then the status is active and reseller get an email with account details that admin manually add. One the order is approved the the invoice is created so resellers can pay with paypal. -Resellers can see all time all the invoices, pending, paid, etc -Reseller can change the order status to suspend or cancelled, the admin receive an email about suspension or cancellation, once admin approve suspension or cancellation the reseller can later ask change the status and again all the email are triggered -Resellers can see the accounts active, suspended, canceled and in progress end user accounts or services. -Complete Reports module and dashboards module. -Resellers can see orders by end users and make comments on each order so admin get that comments and answer so all history of comments is stored. -End users **cannot login** -A feature where admin can share some files like marketing material, video, podcast, etc., admin upload files and the select who can see the files so maybe when add resellers or partners would be good to have a category so later we select the categories we like to share info. consider this to be part of dashboard besides the own module -Same feature but share news and announcements **Admin Section **-Can login as admin -Dashboard to define -See pending orders -Add products tha later resellers use to create order(names, description, prices, tax, contract time like one moth, 3 moths, 6 moths, one year, etc. that will be related to auto renew option) -Add reseller. -Add end users -Admin can edit, delete, add, all -Reports -Actually admin can do all Consider a 10-15% extra for some missing features and small changes We are going to use some admin templates for this project for that see [[login to view URL]][1] Develop translation ready so we can add later languages like Spanish, etc
