single page review website

we wish to make a one page review website of a particular service that operates on the river thames in london. There are only 4 operators of which one will have 5 stars and the others 4 stars 3 stars etc. A short paragraph next to a picture of the operator and a clear indication of how many stars we have awarded the operator is required. While we are happy to provide the required text you must be creative and come up with a design. We will not give you a design to follow, do your homework. This is a review site, customers will click on this site, quickly accertain which of the 4 operators is clearly the best and click on the link provided to go to there booking page. I will need some sort of click through db to show how many people have clicked through to the site and booked via this site ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
