Wordpress Plugin - Image/Link Rotator with Geo-Targeting

I need a Wordpress Plugin for which does the following: - Use a widget or shortcode to place an image uploaded by the user - Append the .htaccess file to intercept the image request and redirect to a script - The script will decide if the visitor will see the image or load a link - The image will always show when website is crawled by search bots, eg. google - The user will have option to add/change/edit multiple link(s) to use within the dashboard - The user will have option to target visitors based on country, eg. Visitor from UK = [login to view URL], visitor from USA = [login to view URL], within the dashboard - Each unique visitor must only be shown each campaign once, then afterwords will be shown the image. - The link must have the ability to change the referrer to another domain and user be able to edit referrer from the dashboard, this can be done with another script I think CURL may be able to do this? Here are some scenarios so you can understand: (Website A & B are both owned and hosted by me, the user.) Google Bot goes to website A > Website A loads Image1 USA visitor goes to website A (first visit) > Website A loads Link1 (must show referrer as Website B) UK visitor goes to website A (first visit) > Website A loads Link2 (must show referrer as Website B) USA visitor goes to Website A (2nd visit) > Website A loads Image1 USA visitor goes to Website A (3nd visit) > Website A loads Image1
