LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT division We have tied up with different vendors in different field, such as supply , catering, providing IT services or training. We are having plans to outsource to design/create a vendor/associate program which will cover : 1 Enrollment under Trainee Program. Fresh recruits / trainees need to go through a 3 or 6 months of training. such training are based on their themes such as DOTNET, JAVA, ORACLE, C++, SAP etc and other subjects individually. To train those candidate we require a TRAINER of these chapters on contractual basis for a year, they will provide the routines and schedules of batches with location. These trainers has to report to the team directly. 2 SOFTWARE/PROGRAM/WEBSITE DEVELOPER. The fresher appointed as Technical Assistant as base designation, have very sound knowledge in their fields but slowly with their promotions in some years and at the time they become manager they loose the knowledge of their technology on the basis of they were selected. They tend to forget about technology and they talk more about management. So to keep them updated in the field of technology as well as management we want a programmer to develop a program consisting of base knowledge of all subjects such AS JAVA, ORACLE, SAP, DOTNET, ETC. means JACK of all things. consist of theory , videos, multiple choice test, stage wise test with points.
