Web Site/Application & Mobile Version/Price Scrape/Database v2(repost)

We are looking for a web/interface AND mobile version that performs the following: o User creates account (email/username/password) o User enters product name, desired price o Information is submitted to database o Program does an immediate auto search (using Bing, Google Shopping and a list of specific additional sites) for that product name and related pricing. The search is looking for the product to be listed at or below the users desired price. o If a match is found - the site will list matches immediately o If no match is found - the site will store the information and perform a **daily** scan of bing, google and list of specific additional sites for **90 days. Please see attachment for more specific information.** We are not looking at overall design/creative appeal at this time. We are strictly looking for functionality.
