Icq clone/addon with full website support

We are currently developing an icq clonee, which uses the icq servers. What we are doing is creating an online auction system using icq for the user management but using an addon or a icq clone, then using an online mysql db to store auction items and info, and php to query the db, so the app must be able to parse information to and from a website, and up date a local store. We already have a item tracking application we developed which stores the information localy, and its being prepared for auction support. So we need someone to add in the complition of the inventory tracking app to include the auction support, and aid or do the dev on the icq addon or a clone, which must both be able to query the local db and add those items that are selected to the mysql global db, to which other users with the same addon can query searching for available items, and chat directly to the person trading or auctioning the item ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done, and it must be commented accordingly. All work will become our property.
