object-oriented VB.net project

I need a VB.net object-oriented program for a payroll program capable of servicing 50 employees. The user must be able to enter the information of new employees, update, and pay all employees who are currently on the payroll. I must have: an address class w/ street apt, city and state properties a person class w/ last name, first name, and phone number properties a employee class w/ job title , wage, hours worked, and whether or not is still on payroll. the employee class must inherit the person class, and must have a method to return the employees pay based on hours worked, and use an array of employee objects. Please help ASAP. Please do not send exe files I need every file in the program zipped. Make it as basic as you can. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
