But need person or company to read ad, be qualified, and communications is important! Last time I am trying this..... with that said, Lets go forward: ____________________________________________________________________ This will be a very exciting and challeging site for LT gratification. * Must be ADVANCED PHP, AJAX, MY SQL, SECURITY, BACKUPS, ADMIN DETAIL FOR STATUS FOR LARGE POSTING AND SOCIAL NETWORK SITE. MUST HAVE WORKED ON SITES LIKE FACEBOOK, CRAIGSLIST/BACKPAGE, GOOGLE, CHATROOMS. IT HAS SEVERAL TYPEs SITE AREAS IN ONE... THIS WILL BE THE FIRST PHASE. Must also understand back up servers. Will be on a dedicated linix cpanel. I am new in this and could use some direction, although I will look up anything I do not know before going forward in decision with it. I am first wanting site up, but if i need to know anything that would make difference in second location back up, let me know. Thanks. I picked programmers and none took the time to contact me back. This is my last try. Either bid was too low, unrealistic, or too high for first phase or no ratings or no return in replies. After this I will go someplace else. I am ready to go forward. I have to see examples of work, ratings, to know you can get the job done. It needs to be from scratch. If you can use programs to get final results that is fine, but would have to be guarenteed. You do good job and you can get next phase too. I want to use 2 programers here on reg basis. * English and communications is a must. Is all i speak. * php and mysql ONLY (dont ask to do in another plateform)It only tells me you cant read. lol * template based ONLY on my templates. I will give you each area basic main template... Polish them up, mod somewhat better but not a different look. i am not a large corp. I am partly disabled who has worked hard to get layout, basis done, saved for this long time. I will put half in escrow after choosing you and balance paid out when completed. If half way done and on my server I can release some if needed. I have no problem paying staying within budget per month. The first part is harder. I at least need the basics up on phase one. we can divide this project up into more phases if needed. First phase is a CL posting area, a member area with feed posting wall and profile area. It has a biz dir, detail site + web search area with submit area, comment posting board area, Q&A area, a google index area, google map area, FB/AOL type member IM chat, and a Talk Pages vs chatrooms for members. Also I need detail ad system for site which is explained and layed out on site pages already, a detail admin, security for server, site security in rating system, optimized as you go with an admin automatic weekly timeset for xmlns optimizing generation page so I dont have to always hire someone just for that and page fast load. We can do these in one or two phases.( I can do the comment board, Q&A board, dir in another phase if needed. ** I REALIZE THIS FIRST PHASE WILL BE THE HARDEST FOR MONEY. I REALIZE THAT. BUT AFTER, I CAN DO ADDTIONAL PROJECTS ALONG WITH GOING BACK FOR MORE DETAILS AND THE MONEY PER PROJECT WILL BE WORTHWHILE... RIGHT NOW I NEED THE ABOVE UP AND RUNNING. Will contact those of interest who bid realistic to budget I have in mind with good ratings and examples of work to what I need. Would need to communicate with you prior to choosing so we both understand what is needed. i AM easy to get along with... will keep you laughning and happy while doing project. I know some basics, and dispite agreed price, I can do duplications, or anything you feel i may be capable to help the workload. This site is too advanced for me to do all. Anything I can do however, that will help you with workload, use me... i dont mind helping out free, as a perk. and it gets me farmilar too if you want to use such. I am ready to go forward.
